things to know

My first professional computer experience came as a sixteen year-old IT Technician in the MIS Department of Sony Computer Entertainment America, where I interacted with employees to troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking problems. Someone there passed along a copy of “Adobe Photoshop 5.5 Classroom in a Book,” and after that I began to dabble in graphic design.

I am not an ordinary designer. While I have a creative eye, my primary career focus lies in scientific research. As such, I am currently pursuing a PhD in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry with a specialization in Bioengineering at Yale University. However, my time and energy are abundant, and web design is a necessary and rewarding creative outlet.
